My 10 Favorites Restaurants in Paris Montmartre

0

Montmartre is famous for being a tourist trap. If you are not careful you can easily end up eating at a substandard, over-priced restaurant. These are top restaurant according to the locals in Paris Montmartre!

Vava

The atmosphere is especially cosy in this newly opened restaurant and you will feel at home right away. The menu of Vava is short but diversified. Every month it’s a new menu with fresh and seasonal food. The menu often includes seafood and you can also see the chef cooking while you eat since it’s an open kitchen. The wine menu ranges from Italian or French wine but also organic ones.

Seb’on

Seb’on‘s name comes from Chef Sebastien Heloin. Sebastien pays close attention to the food he offers at the restaurant.  The place is quite small but it makes it cosy and very pleasant. And the food taste good (have an insight of the menu on the website) ! It’s a great place to eat out in Montmartre when you are visiting Paris, although there is no much choice for vegetarians. Address: 62 Rue d’Orsel, 75018 Paris

La Vache et le Cuisinier

La Vache et le Cuisinier is a small restaurant in Montmartre. The atmosphere and service is great. The dishes are classical French style, but it’s high quality ones. All the food is fresh, homemade, and seasonal! You would eat delicious French dishes like le tournedos d’agneau à la crème d’ail, la côte de bœuf, le magret de canard ou le râble de lapin farci. Yummy! Address: 18 rue des Trois Frères – 75018 Paris

La Cave Gourmande

La Cave Gourmande is close to Signature Restaurant in Montmartre. They offer typical French dishes with large quantity. The owner is tourist friendly and it’s just near the Sacré Coeur de Montmartre, Place des Abbesses and Mur des Je t’aime. A good idea for your lunch if you visit Montmartre!

The menu is changing every day! Visit their twitter page to get the daily menu.

Signature Montmartre

Signature Montmartre offers fusion Korean Cuisine, a mix between French and Korean Cuisine to serve you the best of both worlds! This is a semi-gastronomic restaurant owned by Victor, Lim Kim, and Sokwon. The wine menu is particularly original and you eat both with your eyes and mouth thanks to the professional chef and chef pâtissier. This is one of the best restaurants in Montmartre! Top rated in Tripadvisor and always has good reviews.
